A True Taste Of Colombia 

A few years ago, a group of passionate Colombian chefs in Manizales created Paisa Express. With the idea of bringing the authentic flavors of their homeland to the United States, they adopted a take-out model to focus on quality and operational efficiency. The emphasis was on classics such as empanadas, cornarepas, and being the first to introduce arroz paisa to the United States. The simplicity and authenticity resonated, making it a favorite for those seeking a Colombian experience without leaving home. The success of Paisa Express demonstrated that food can cross borders and bring a little bit of Colombia to every plate.
